Bought a pair of Dublin boots which needed to be returned due to the stitch work coming undone at the toe, then unfortunately the follow up replacement pair also had to be returned due to the leather coating coming off after a short period. So, I popped in and asked for some help worried that the original / replacement receipts were missing. The team helped me organise the refund options and even gave me a discount on some new boots (moretta viviana).. this time checking that they were full leather. A very grateful shopper, and I would recommend them happily.

My daughter Amelia had a lesson on the mechanical horse, looked after by Hannah who was fantastic with her, she learnt so much from Hannah, she made it a fantastic experience, thankyou

Me and my wife went in to Naylors to look at body armour and the help and advice we was given by the staffs was outstanding. They were friendly and so reassuring to me wife and she purchased a body armour.

Amazing store, amazing staff,amazing quality
As soon as I walked through the doors I was met with lovely smiles and attitude by staff and felt very comfortable asking questions and asking for help as no matter how many questions I asked all I saw was smiles and happiness of the faces of staff and it made the experience of shopping very good. Lucy served me and she was a great help and just fantastic and happy and helpful. Overall Naylors will be my favourite saddlery mainly due to the staffs attitudes towards their job and customers. Natasha was great in helping me find new boots in just the right size and was really helpful in suggesting what would and wouldn’t fit!

I visited the store today to get fitted for new hats for me and my son. The choice of hats was fantastic, something for every shape of head! We also bought breeches, boots and chaps. There is so much choice, and we soon found everything we needed. Great service and knowledge. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely shop.
I was, and still am a total novice so. But I was shopping for a gift for my niece and made to feel very comfortable. The advice and recommendations were fantastic. I'll be back . Thank you to the ladies. You're a credit to the store

Very helpful nd friendly staff

Went for our first experience on the horse simulator, was really good fun and very interesting, Sally the member of staff was so helpful and made it a great experience for me and my mum, will definitely be going again
